Size & fit
At 1.8m x 90cm, this towel wraps comfortably around hips up to about 130cm. That's roughly a size 20 to 22 at most Australian brands, though sizing varies wildly from label to label, so if you're not sure, wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Want to be wrapped up completely, with room to spare? That's what our 2.2m bath sheet is for. Plenty of people own both: the big one for themselves, this one for the rest of the household.
Bundle recommendation
Most households buy more than one. Two covers you and a partner. Four covers the whole family, with a dry one ready while the other is in the wash.

Clearance items are not eligible for return.
All full-price change-of-mind returns will be accepted for online store credit. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request via email hello@amplefolk.com. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unused, and unwashed, with swing tags in place.
If your hips measure up to about 130cm, yes. If you want more wrap and more cosy, go for the bath sheet instead.
Why aren't your towels cheaper?
It's our dream that our towels can cater to all people of all shapes and sizes in every budget. We know that right now it's a privilege to be able to buy our towels. Unfortunately for now and in the near future we can't make our towels any cheaper while maintaining our ethical and sustainability values. But as we grow we how to lower the cost of our towels so more people can feel cosy AF!

This towel is designed to be absorbent, soft, and fast-drying rather than ultra-thick. At 500 GSM, it balances comfort with practicality for everyday use. Many customers prefer this feel over heavier towels that stay damp longer.

I washed my towel before use and it wasn't stiff or scratchy. I always used bath towels but was keen to have an even bigger one. The size is wonderful. Because of the size I don't think a more plush/thick material would be better as it would be too heavy for comfortable use. If the price was not reduced I probably wouldn't have bought it though, so keeping it under $100 I would consider purchasing another at some point.
